MANDATORY WATER CONSERVATION MAY 26, 2025 - MAY 30, 2025

WCID 1, our water provider, will be completing two critical projects and will require a shutdown of a 48-inch line to make the final connections for a period of up to 4 days. To comply with their request and avoid any boil water advisory, beginning Monday May 26, 2025, 439 Water Supply Corporations is implementing a MANDATORY STAGE 4 restrictions of our Drought Contingency plan to reduce at least 30% in total water usage. Please refer to the restrictions below.

THE FOLLOWING ARE PROHIBITED

• NO GRASS WATERING: Irrigation of landscaped areas is absolutely prohibited.
• NO CAR WASHES: The use of water to wash any motor vehicle, motorbike, boat, trailer, airplane or other vehicle is absolutely prohibited.
• NO POOL REFILLING: The use of water to fill, refill, or add to any indoor or outdoor swimming pools, wading pools, or jacuzzi-type pools is prohibited
• NO ORNAMENTAL FOUNTAINS: Operation of any ornamental fountain or pond for aesthetic or scenic purposes is prohibited
• NO OUTSIDE WATER USE: Wash down of any sidewalks, walkways, driveways, parking lots, tennis courts, or other hard-surfaced areas is prohibited.
• NO WATER USE TO WASH DOWN BULDINGS: Wash down buildings or structures for purposes other than immediate fire protection is prohibited.
• NO FLUSHING GUTTERS: Flushing gutters or permitting water to run or accumulate in any gutter or street is prohibited.
• NO USE OF WATER FOR CONSTRUCTION: The use of water for construction purposes from designated fire hydrants under special permit is to be discontinued.
